Services and Fees

I work with children and adolescents in-person. My practice is open Monday through Thursday, with after-school sessions available to accommodate student schedules.

  • Free Virtual Consultation: 15 minutes

  • Individual Session (50 mins): $185

  • Family Session (50 mins): $200

  • Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield Provider

  • Out-of-Network: I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to you insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • Payment Methods: I accept Check, Zelle, or Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled session or there will be a full fee charge.

Good Faith Estimate

Good Faith Estimate & Dispute Process Disclaimer

Transparency in fees and charges is an important part of the therapeutic relationship. In accordance with the No Surprise Act, Jennifer Cheatham Counseling, PLLC provides Good Faith Estimates to all clients. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that might arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill. Ultimately, Jennifer Cheatham Counseling, PLLC prioritizes working with clients and/or their families to meet the client’s emotional needs with clear communication about treatment costs. Frequency and duration of sessions are an ongoing and open conversation.  The client has complete control to terminate therapy at any time.
